Last winter I found a Gap sweater at the local thrift store with the tags still on. 100% wool and brand new. I unraveled it and knit up this sweater. It was good to be re-purposing and definitely more affordable. I knit this during working hours and on lots of car trips. When it was done I went a local knitting store and found these abalone buttons. It knit up pretty easily. From the top down. This pattern is by
Carrie Bostick Hoge. I found this pattern on
Quince & Co. I finished it just as the air is changing and everything is a little crisper and golden outside. This weather also has me wondering what my next knitting project will be. Sweater, scarf, socks, mittens, hmmmmm.
